Chisels and Gouges

Another older project, my set of chisels and gouges. The actual blades were forged by 'Black Oak Smederij', but I made the rings and handles myself.
I got two blocks of wood both labelled 'ash' for the handles but when I put the linseed oil finish on they both coloured differently

Tey are really great in any other aspect! the first big project I used them for was my Jouhikko:
 
And I can say that i'm very, very satisfied. Especially with the gouges.
